Very clean and nice staff super professional this is proudly Marriott .

The rooms were big they didn’t post any nicer pictures online it is how it looks like staff were very professional and nice . They should train others honestly.

I just wanted to share that my hotel stay was really good! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Definitely a place I’d consider coming back to.

The staff and interior were excellent. Even though the hotel is 6 years old, it feels brand new. The staff were very welcoming, they smile and greet you warmly. Communication before and after booking was a big plus. Thumbs up to the reservations team, especially Walid, and to the reception staff at 7 p.m.I asked for a small note, but they went above and beyond by giving us fruits and a cake, which was really thoughtful, along with a late checkout! Breakfast 10/10! I would love to come back here again.

The door sound when closing is a bit loud, especially when n guests close their doors. I think this could be improved by adjusting the door stoppers, but it’s a small thing overall.

The location

The staff were very rude. They don’t have plug points on each bed side. The rooms are shoebox size. They keep on making excuses for other staff and how they messed up. There are no open windows in the room. The walls are paper thin. We heard a couple playing music at 6:00am.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was an excellent experience overall. With the hotel’s help, I was able to surprise my wife for her birthday, and the staff were incredibly supportive and cooperative throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally.The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and we truly enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would be happy to stay here again.

the property is very close from teh airport and the facility is absolutely fabulous, clean, very nice modern design. the barroom also are beautiful.

Clean with easy access to the metro, supermarket nearby.From the time you walk in till you checkout, the staff always greeting you with a smile and asking if you need help. Breakfast is excellent. The bed is comfortable…

the car parking is too small and if its full you park your car in the sand area .

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were extremely respectful, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I really appreciated the overall atmosphere and comfort.

The swimming pool closes at 8 PM, which was really disappointing. Sometimes you just want to enjoy a swim at night, especially after a long day. I hope they consider extending the pool hours until at least midnight.

The rooms are specious and clean. The food was amazing??. I would like to thank the reception team for the worm welcome. Check in and checkout was very fast. I will not forget to appreciate the housekeeping team members Rajin and Sharmila. Thank you team Form Hotel. I will will definitely comeback

The rooms are quite small but very clean. The frontliner at the reception are very accommodating.Breakfast is excellent; Noel and Aaron are great guys.We like the gym and the outdoor swimming pool.

There was no parking at the basement for Fortuner, and it was difficult to get parking outside.

- The location is good.

- The main road noise during the sleep.- The staff are not professional.

As the Google Map is manage these days by some crazy person it’s taken us to the off-road that opposite side and made our car stuck in Mud and wasted and Exosted hours to recover … and the google map was still showing some other side of Zabeel palace those restricted area for us to follow the location to get shot dead accuses as intruders in rulers palace. Better to live than liesure cancelled and went back … so don’t know how the Hotel and how they care their Guests. Disappointed and waisted booking by google location pin that shown in booking.com

Clean and gets the job done.

Their bathrooms are a bit weird. No way to keep the door open if you're staying in the room alone and it feels suffocating when you shower. Not a dealbreaker.
